PINE LAKE TOWNHOMES EAGLE HARBOR | FLEMING ISLAND FL

Eagle Harbor‘s popularity demanded an attached housing component, so East West Partners bought land south of County Road 220 and opened the Pine Lake Townhomes in 2002. Pine Lake was built by D. R. Horton, who had recently bought out local builder Richard Dobson when they moved into the Fleming Island FL and Jacksonville real estate market.
Pine Lake Townhomes are located south of County Road 220, East of Canova and Old Hard Road, and North of Fleming Island     Plantation. There is also a small neighborhood of single family homes, but the area is mostly devoted to Townhomes.
